Data we collect

To create your chart: first name, date, time and city of birth, wording preference (feminine, masculine, neutral) and chosen language. For payment and delivery: email address, collected by Stripe. Your card details are processed only by Stripe; we have no access to them.

Technical data: the server records IP addresses and connection times, for site security.

Why, and on what legal basis

Creating, delivering and resending your chart, and answering your requests: performance of the contract (article 6.1.b GDPR).

Keeping proof of sale: legal obligation (article 6.1.c).

Keeping the site secure: legitimate interest (article 6.1.f).

We never send advertising without your consent, and we never sell your data.

Recipients

Your data is accessible only to the site publisher and its technical providers, within the limits of their task: Stripe (payment; some data may be processed outside the European Union with the safeguards required by the GDPR), the site host (Hostinger International Ltd, 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Chypre), the email delivery service (Google (Gmail), Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irlande), and OpenStreetMap Nominatim, which receives only the city name in order to find its coordinates.

Retention

Order details and PDF: 3 years after purchase, so that you can download it again and contact us; then deleted. Proof of sale: 10 years (accounting obligation). Technical logs: 12 months at most.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, object to it or request portability, by writing to lesecretduzodiaque@gmail.com. We reply within one month.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), or with the authority of your country.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement tools. Stripe's payment page may set its own cookies, which are needed for payment security.
