Terms of sale

1. Purpose
These terms govern the sale, on lesecretduzodiaque.com, of personalised birth charts in PDF format to consumers. Placing an order requires accepting them, by ticking a box before payment.
2. Seller

3. Product
A PDF document of about 21 pages, in French, English or Spanish, calculated from the first name, date, time and place of birth you provide: sky map, planetary positions, houses, aspects and interpretations.
The result depends on the information you provide. If no birth time is given, the chart is calculated for noon: planetary positions remain accurate, but the Ascendant and houses are not reliable.
This content is provided for entertainment and personal reflection. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and should not be the sole basis for an important decision.
4. Price and payment
The price is 9,90 € including all taxes, shown before ordering. TVA non applicable — article 293 B du CGI
Payment is made by card on the secure page of our provider Stripe. We never have access to your card details. The amount is charged when you order.
5. Order
You fill in the form; your information is checked before payment (date, time, city). You accept these terms and expressly request immediate supply of the chart (see section 7), then you pay. The order is confirmed by the download page and by a confirmation email.
6. Delivery
The chart is supplied immediately after payment: download on the confirmation page and attachment sent to the email address given at payment, with a link to download it again.
7. Right of withdrawal
Under article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun with your prior express consent and your express acknowledgement that you lose this right.
Before payment, you expressly request immediate supply of the chart and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once it is supplied, by ticking the box provided. This is confirmed in the confirmation email. Without this consent, the order cannot be placed.
8. Guarantees and complaints
The chart is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (articles L224-25-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). If your PDF is unreadable, incomplete or does not match the information you entered, email us at lesecretduzodiaque@gmail.com: we will fix it and send it again, or refund you if that is not possible.
If you made a mistake when entering your details (date, time or city), email us: we will regenerate your chart once, free of charge.
9. Liability
We cannot be held liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of astrological content, or for errors resulting from inaccurate information provided when ordering.

11. Mediation and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, you may bring the matter before the court of your place of residence or that of the seller.
